* 2 APP daily, 3 APP stagger weekly
* 1 APP nightly
* Avg 6-7 patients (pre-COVID)
* Semi-closed ICU unit, moving to closed unit
* 20-Bed ICU
* 12-Bed Step Down Unit
* New construction for ICU will open August 2021
* EMR- Cerner
Financial Package
* Compensation: $400,000 (4 yrs experience or less); $425,000 (5 yrs experience or more)
* Bonus Potential
* $100,000 Student Loans
* $4,000 CME Allowance
* 7 CME Days
* 14 Paid Days Off
* $1,600 Dues & Subscriptions
* $15,000 Moving Expenses
* Malpractice Insurance Provided

* Physician must be board-certified (ABA or AOA) or board-eligible within 6 years post residency
