Outpatient Pediatrics Position - Arlington, WA - PSLF Eligible

Skagit Regional Health has an immediate opening for a Pediatrician to join our established practice in Arlington, Washington. • Thrive in a team-oriented environment with an experienced provider, MAs, and other clinic staff.
• Great work/life balance with a weekday, outpatient only schedule with a 1:14 shared phone call rotation, with RN triage. Our acute care hospitals are staffed with Hospitalists to handle any inpatient coverage.
• See a mix of well child and acute care visits in clinic. Opportunity to perform circumcisions, if desired.
• This is a full time position with a 36-hour patient contact time work expectation.
• This is a hospital-employed position with access to a large, existing in house specialty care referral base.
• Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an ACGME accredited residency program.
• Must be Board Eligible/Board Certified.
• 2-3 years of experience is preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply!
• Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license by start.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Guaranteed first year salary: $265,175
