As Executive Vice President of PhysicianCareer.com, Tom leads the company in matching physicians to new opportunities with healthcare systems, hospitals and clinics with open positions. He brings more than 22 years of experience in healthcare, including 12 years in the physician recruitment industry and has been instrumental in setting the strategic direction of PhysicianCareer.

A real visionary, he positioned PhysicianCareer to be a physician database and job board that never sells its information to other recruitment firms, thereby creating an exceptional recruiting tool for in-house physician recruiters in search of residents, fellows and practicing physicians. The company also distributes a daily Hot Doc report to the job board’s subscribers to give real-time access to newly added physician candidates.

Tom lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, with his wife and, together, they have two sons and a daughter. He enjoys playing golf, tennis, softball and chasing after his grandkids. Tom volunteers his time to serving on the Alumni Board of Elder High School, as well as serving as a Director of the Joe Acito Fund, a charity that awards scholarships. Tom earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio, after completing an Associate of Science program in Medical Laboratory Technology at Cincinnati Technical College.
