We are actively seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OBGYN Physician to join our women's health team in San Joaquin County, California. With several clinics located throughout the region, our organization is rapidly expanding and offers a mission-driven, provider-first culture with excellent compensation, career stability, and work-life balance.
Core Responsibilities of OBGYN:
- Conduct well-woman visits, pap smears, family planning consults, and gynecologic screenings
- Manage common outpatient conditions (e.g., menopause, contraception, infections, menstrual disorders)
- Perform basic in-office procedures (IUD insertion/removal, endometrial biopsy, colposcopy)
- Partner with interdisciplinary staff to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
- Document all encounters in the EMR system
- Participate in ongoing quality initiatives and team-based care planning
Compensation & Incentives:
Total Annualized Compensation Up to: $450,000+, including:
- Base Salary: $289,000
- Board Certification Bonus: $25,000 (annualized)
- 2-year Commitment Retention Bonus $100,000: $50,000 (in Year 1) and $50,000 (in Year 2)
- Productivity Bonus: Up to $66,000/year
- Based on $25/patient seen beyond 8/day
- Quality Performance Bonus: Up to $21,000/year ($1,750/month)
- Patient Satisfaction Bonus: $6,000/year ($500/month)
- Relocation Assistance & Signing Bonus: $10,000 sign on & $10,000 Relocation (one-time)
