Your Role as a Body Plastic Surgeon
MarottaMD is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Body Plastic Surgeon to join our team and lead the expansion of our surgical body contouring and aesthetic body procedures. This role is perfect for a driven and skilled surgeon looking to make an impact in a high-performing, patient-first practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistently excellent surgical and non-surgical results with compassionate patient care.
- Actively contribute to practice growth via social media, seminars (at least biannually), and networking with referring physicians.
- Educate the internal team on body procedures and patient journeys to enhance communication and advocacy.
- Explore and present new innovations in aesthetic body surgery.
- Help develop a growing portfolio of before-and-after results showcasing body work.
About You:
- Board-certified (or board-eligible) Plastic Surgeon with valid NY licensure.
- Special interest and experience in body procedures such as liposuction, abdominoplasty, body lifts, etc.
- High emotional intelligence and a collaborative team spirit.
- Self-aware, open to feedback, and continuously seeking to grow.
- Strong integrity and pragmatic thinking with a cost-conscious mindset.
- Resilient under pressure and focused on delivering excellence.
Compensation:
This is a productivity-based compensation model with uncapped, high earnings potential. Your income will directly reflect the revenue you generate through surgical and non-surgical services.
