Supervisory Neurologist for Northen NJ Hospital Group

Ask Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Physician - Neurologist, to join our esteemed medical team servicing a Hudson County-based hospital system. This unique opportunity allows you to work one week per month, earning a competitive salary of $10,000 per week (7 days on-call; day shift), while making a significant impact on patient care and outcomes. Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide top-notch neurological care to patients, diagnosing and treating a variety of neurological conditions 

• Must have Stroke background and ability to cover Stroke call. 

• Supervise and mentor a small team of advanced practice providers, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and patient care. 

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans. 

• Stay current with advancements in neurology and incorporate best practices into patient care. 

• Participate in clinical research and contribute to the hospital's ongoing medical initiatives. 

• Ensure compliance with medical regulations and hospital policies. 

Qualifications: 

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with a specialization in Neurology. 

• Board certification in Neurology. 

• Valid medical license to practice in New Jersey. 

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in neurology, with a proven track record of excellence in patient care. 

• Strong leadership and communication skills. 

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. 

• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest medical advancements.
